The Simplified Repair & Service Program. Eliminate the hassle of scheduling repairs on your fuel and lubrication equipment. Our "Throw It In The Box" program is designed to allow you operate your facility without worrying about downtime. When you have a problem with any lubrication or fuel equipment, simply throw it in the box. You then ship us the box, evaluate the repairs, and get to work. Once complete we send the box back up to your location with the equipment ready to go.
We get you set up with your own Service Box. As you encounters problems with your fuel and lubrication equipment, simply throw the parts into the box.
If you are unsure if the parts are worth fixing, don't fuss, simply throw it in there. We will let you know what the best steps forward are. We follow a set of guidelines (the 60% value set) to determine if the equipment should be repaired or simply replaced.
This eliminates the hassles and expenses associated with trying to figure out who and where you need to send your equipment to get repaired.
This box remains on your site or at your facility until you decide to send it our way. There are no minimums required or penalties to having the box sit on your site. Whenever you are ready, we are ready.
Once your Service Box arrives at our facility we make sure to get to work ASAP. Eliminating critical downtimes and getting your equipment back to you is our top priority.
Our service techs will evaluate the equipment we receive and make sure we take the best approach to getting your equipment back in your hands. We evaluate each component and suggest either a repair or a replacement. Replacements are generally recommended if the repair will cost more than 60% of the equipments replacement value.
Once we are ready to proceed we send you a quotation for the service and begin once you approve the charges. From there we get to work on your equipment in house at our Edmonton facility.
What do we service and repair? We want to keep this simple. Send us any fuel and lubrication equipment and we will sort it out.
Generally what we see from our current partners is Graco, Lincoln, Samson, Dixon, Blackmer, Gorman Rupp, Goulds, FE Petro, Fill rite, GPI, API, OCV, OPW, Rite-Pro, Emco Wheaton and FloMax equipment.

We don't want to complicate things, if you send us something we can't repair we have a host of vendors in the surrounding areas we will utilize for your repair needs. If it is fuel and lubrication equipment, we have you covered.
Your equipment will be inspected, disassembled, cleaned and repaired by our qualified technicians. Core components are cleaned and inspected and all soft goods and rubber components are replaced.
Each item is then put through rigorous testing after repair. A test report is attached to confirm that your equipment is able to perform accurately and safely. Final inspection and cleaning is done prior to shipping your equipment back to you.
