Our power offloading systems provide higher flowrates, better filtration, and more accurate metering.
Typical offloading systems pump fuel at 500 - 1000 LPM using on-board truck pumps and hoses. On average, truck drivers have to make 32 different connections to offload 5 compartments on a B-train delivery truck. This process takes 60 to 90 minutes to offload fuel which is built into the cost of delivery and can hold up other trucks trying to offload.
The Fireball Module DFO-3000 is a diesel fuel offloading station for high volume mines. It power-offloads diesel fuel from delivery tankers at 2000 LPM, analyzes the quality, filters and meters it, then pumps the fuel into remote storage tanks.
When the cost of fuel is a large portion of a mine site's operational costs per month, even a 1% variation adds up to thousands of litres over the course of a year.
We use meters that are accurate to 0.5%, ensuring that all offloaded fuel is accounted for.
For mine operators that specify an ISO cleanliness range in their fuel contracts, it is essential to verify that the fuel delivered matches these standards.
Our systems filter directly upon offloading to ensure that ISO 16/13 levels are met and prevent excessive water and particulates from entering storage tanks.
Ensure deliveries run efficiently, fuel is metered with accuracy, and that all fuel quality specifications are met.
