Majority of Quick Lube or Service Bay outfitters do not have in house engineers that are able to match building design with equipment design. We refer to it as the drawings not talking to one and other. Fortunately, Fireball Equipment is able to make these drawings talk and eliminate the need for last minute changes and delays.

Storing the fluids in your workplace is very important for multiple reasons. We break them down into three: Safety, Workplace Efficiencies, and Cost Structure.
First off, let's discuss Safety. Every system Fireball Equipment designs has safety in mind. We evaluate every circumstance to determine necessary containment options, hazards, and Fire Code issues. Having a team that is PTMAA certified and Fire Code compliant we are able to create safe systems that abide to the regulatory bodies requirements.
Workplace Efficiency and Cost Structure go hand in hand. We create systems that allow technicians to always have what they need nearby to eliminate travel. As well our systems are easy to be maintained and filled from 3rd parties to eliminate wasted time when working.
Almost every piece of equipment in a service bay either requires compressed air or goes hand in hand with equipment that does. Ensuring you have access to compressed air throughout the entire bay is crucial.
We design all of our compressed air systems to eliminate pressure loss throughout the building when multiple operators are using compressed air. These systems run in parallel and are essential parts to every repair shop or service bay.

We make high pressure wash systems within reach of the operators. Again following our principle of parallel lines to allow for no line loss while multiple operators are using high pressure wash within the repair shop bay.
Optional wash bays are also something that Fireball Equipment is able to provide the proper equipment and design to ensure the system inputs are readily accessible throughout the building. Our designs are 'smart designs' to allow for future growth and modular additions.
Used oil storage has very specific requirements and regulations. If you are installing a Used Oil Storage system you must have approval from your governing body. Fireball Equipment works closely with government bodies and is certified by the C.P.C.A. which allows us to install, repair, and design used and waste oil systems.
Fireball Equipment is certified by the Canadian Petroleum Contractor's Association. Our in-house experts design and install total turn-key Used Oil Systems in complete compliance with the Regional Authority enforcing the Fire Code in your region. An efficient and enclosed piping system safely pumps used oil from the service bay, to the double walled holding tank.
Heavily regulated by Fire Code, windshield washer fluid dispensing and storage systems can be very difficult to develop. From this we see old shops that require daily or weekly windshield washer fluid deliveries because shops need to keep their quantities below certain levels if they are not using a regulated system.
Because of improper systems, business owners face extra expensed by not being able to purchase windshield washer fluid in bulk.
