Fireball Equipment can provide a variety of fluid handling solutions for the demanding needs of heavy equipment maintenance and repair shops. Our equipment can get high volumes of lubricants and grease to your equipment in an efficient and cost effective manner.
A typical installation would usually include a bank of hose reels located in each bay. Each reel would be connected to a different fluid. Everything from high pressure grease to a pressure wash reel. The reel banks are each equipped with their own waste oil evacuation system to remove waste fluids, powered by a heavy duty diaphragm pump that can handle suspended solids and virtually any waste fluid. This, of course, can be completely customized to your needs.
The hose reels themselves are usually heavy or extreme duty series so they can handle constant use in a dirty environment. They can optionally be equipped with meters to track fluid usage or be preset to dispense a specific amount.
If you routinely service the same equipment over and over again they and the equipment they are servicing can be equipped with 1:1 couplers so that certain fluids can only be dispensed to certain couplers completely removing the risk of cross contamination. This will simplify your servicing process.
The banks themselves would be powered by high capacity air pumps and fluid would be supplied via seamless steel tubing. To large scale tanks, stackable tanks or totes that can be stored elsewhere in the shop. These tanks can be drained or filled remotely via additional tubing so you are not disrupting your operation for refill or evacuation of waste fluid operations.
