PURESTREAM® piping is an integrated, flexible system of precision aluminum piping and space age thermoplastic fittings up to 50mm and aluminum fittings from 16mm to 80mm.
Installations are 50% to 75% quicker than with conventional metal pipe systems. This is because very little layout planning is required due to the system flexibility.
Pipe threading equipment is not required with the Purestream system which reduces installation times.
The entire compressed air system is also half the weight of a metal pipe system. This decreases installation restrictions due to weight implications.
Aluminum pipes prevent contamination common in metal pipe systems. This corrosion resistance also helps to prevent any leaks from occurring over time.
With a longer life span comes less maintenance and equipment replacement costs. This dramatically reduces the expense for your compressed air piping.
Purestream air systems can easily be modified at a very low cost. Customer's mechanical staff can modify piping in-house which will minimize equipment downtime when adding piping to the existing system.
Purestream systems can also easily be dismantled and reinstalled at a new facility.
