2019 is a crazy place to be! As a company, we have recently determined that culture is a top priority for Fireball Equipment. This being said, the road to being AMAZING is not a paved road!
Culture is not something that can be breed on the petri dish! It takes time, effort, and the right people trying to make a difference every day! That is what makes work worth doing. And as Teddy Roosevelt said, that is "Far and away the best prize that life has to offer".
It sure excites us! Our family is full of some industry 'nerds' who always want to push the envelope on innovative thinking! We don't feel like getting stuck in the past and for that reason we want a culture that loves to create and find new ways of doing things!
For example, we have this guy named Andrew. (He's kind of an engineering nerd. Let's call him Nerd #1) And he developed this crazy way to store and dispense DEF in remote areas like mine sites.
From there, Nerd #1 took the idea to the rest of his engineering team (Nerd's #2 through #7). When Nerd's #1-7 finished created the modules, they handed it over to Internet Guy (Nerd #8) who made this weird AR based version of the module to show the world!
Nerd #1 through #8 brought on the rest of the Nerd's from installations, sales, management, and more. Now you can find Nerd #1's modules in some of the craziest remote sites in North America!
