The DEF1200 is designed for clients who are looking to save money by purchasing DEF in lower bulk volumes. With Bulk DEF typically costing one third of the price, the DEF1200 eliminates handling, tracking, and disposal of lower volume waste containers.
In addition to cost savings upon purchase, the DEF1200 high flow system allows you to refill heavy equipment at a rate of 100 LPM (26 GPM) which means your equipment is generally refilled within 4-5 minutes to match the time of high speed diesel refuelling systems. The DEF1200 increases your equipments productivity levels.
Designed with safety in the forefront, the DEF1200 is enclosed in a well-lit, lockable, enclosed building. Electronic tank level monitoring comes standard to ensure no accidentally overflowing of tanks occurs. And for overfill prevention on the equipment, the DEF1200 is outfitted with automatic shutoff nozzles.
Optional Safety Upgrades for the DEF1200 include an integral module catch tray that captures any drips or spills anywhere in the building. As well as a non-slip grating that provides traction in all conditions and allows any drips or spilt fluids to properly drain.
Visibility is crucial for the decision making process, that is why the DEF1200 is built to allow for remote tank level monitoring and low level notifications to be sent to site operations directly or to the DEF supplier to prevent lost-time due to fluid shortage.
With optional metered dispensing to allow for detailed tracking of volumes used for each piece of equipment to allow full reconcillation of fluid usage across the entire site.
The DEF1200 is designed for users who consume ________
This is locations that have between X and Y pieces of heavy equipment operating daily. If you are not sure what your DEF demands are reach out to our team and we will walk you through a full analysis of your DEF demands and recommend the appropriate solution for you.
